In order to provide housing to a wider range of San Francisco residents, Hawkins includes 9 apartments that will be available for less than current market rates.

You may not realize you qualify for one of these residences, so be sure to check household income requirements and limits listed below.
What To Expect
Applicants are processed in lottery rank order and preference. When households are contacted post-lottery, be prepared to submit required document within five (5) business days. The required documentation includes, but is not limited to:
